Waters & Associates Realty serves the St. Louis relocation market by introducing transferring families to our region and helping them find homes. We understand the unique needs of out-of-town buyers who often have limited time to find a house, and who have many factors to consider such as school districts, commute time, and lifestyle needs. It can be an overwhelming time for families and our goal is to make the transition as stress-free and smooth as possible.

Our agents are trained relocation specialists with our clients' satisfaction at the heart of everything they do. From researching Montessori schools to locating tennis clubs, we are here to help our relocating families as they maneuver the details of moving to a new community. We begin with pre-visit planning, asking clients to complete a brief questionnaire about their lifestyle needs and preferences. With this information as a guide, we develop a customized report that outlines various communities to target and includes demographic data and maps of those communities. We then begin showing properties that match the clients' stated preferences, and adjust the plan as needed once the client begins to form stronger preferences on neighborhoods or style of house.
