Mark Waters, CRP
Mark Waters is Managing Member and founder of Waters & Associates Realty. He has more than 14 years of experience in corporate relocation, working closely with human resources and recruiting departments to assist in the relocation process. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology and is a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP). Early in his career, Mark worked in human resources for McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing) in recruitment and administration. He is a member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council, National Association of Realtors, Missouri Association of Realtors, and St. Louis Association of Realtors.

Teresa Buelt
Teresa Buelt is a native St. Louisan with a vast knowledge of the city
as well as the surrounding metropolitan area. She has a bachelor's
degree in Communications Management with 12 years of sales experience
working with clients in the St. Louis area. Teresa is committed to
serving buyers and sellers with her utmost attention and providing them
the quality of service they deserve. Teresa is a member of the St.
Louis Association of Realtors.

Sharon Fee
Sharon Fee has been a Realtor, serving the St. Louis area, for seven years. She holds a broker's license, is an Accredited Buyers' Agent and experienced relocation specialist. Assisting buyers and sellers, she prides herself on providing professional service with a personal touch. As a licensed realtor, she understands the importance of reaching the best possible outcome whether it is a home purchase or a home sale and she serves as a trained and experienced guide through the process for her clients.
Sharon is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Missouri Association of Realtors and the St. Louis Association of Realtors. She also currently serves as a member of the St. Louis Association of Realtors' Arbitration Committee.

Mary Hummel
Mary Hummel has a passion for real estate. As Broker Associate at Waters & Associates, she is involved with the daily operation of the business, but her main love is working with clients moving in and out of St. Louis or from neighborhood to neighborhood. Mary holds an MBA in business administration with an emphasis in real estate, and has more than seven years of experience in this field. She is intuitive, creative and energetic -- ideal traits for a successful Realtor in today's market. Her goal is to exceed clients' expectations and make the experience whether relocating, buying or selling a home an enjoyable one. She is a member of the St. Louis Association of Realtors, the Missouri Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Pat Kunz
Pat Kunz began her career in real estate almost 25 years ago in real estate syndication, which led to residential real estate specializing in buyer brokerage and relocation. Licensed as a broker, Pat's designations include Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified Residential Specialist and Graduate Realtors Institute. Locally she has served on the grievance committee for the St. Louis Association of Realtors. A native of St. Louis, Pat attended Washington University, is a charter member of Forest Park Forever, an ardent St. Louis Symphony Orchestra supporter, and Cathedral Concerts attendee. Prior to her career in real estate, Pat worked in airline customer service, public relations, and human resources. These experiences gave her an improved ability to identify the concerns and needs of each client, defraying their anxieties, and making their move as smooth a transition as possible.

Jessica Moore
Jessica Moore is the office manager at Waters & Associates Realty. She is a licensed Realtor and has experience in corporate relocation and residential real estate, including selling historic homes in St. Louis City. She is a member of the St. Louis Association of Realtors as well as the Missouri and National Associations.

Lynne Sandler
Lynne Sandler is a native St. Louisan with nearly ten years of experience as a relocation specialist. She prides herself in delivering very personalized service to her clients. Lynne understands that relocating families have unique needs and she enjoys the satisfaction of assisting families through what can be a very emotional process. Lynne is professional, personable and an excellent communicator, all traits which are extremely important during home purchase and sale negotiations.
Lynne's background prior to real estate was in hotel administration. This provided her with the skills necessary to provide excellent customer service. Lynne is a member of the St. Louis Association of Realtors, the Missouri Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
